We are a different species than Neanderthal. How are we different? Join Ra in his journey through these mutations, the first being of our visual cortex eliminating the need to focus for strategic advantages, to opening up the potential of peripheral or receptive vision.

This receptive vision takes in and stores data that can be retrieved when stimulated. Other mutations include the shift from the Saturnian cycle to three stages of the Uranian body. The nine-centered being is designed to have its own authority, what Ra calls wolf power.
