So 1st and 2nd Color beings, if you're going to enter onto the way, the way begins with your body; transformation starts with your diet. The catalyst is Strategy and Authority. It's always the same, that's the catalyst. If you get into your Strategy and Authority, you're very lucky. There are very few people on this plane, as a percentage, that will ever be able to enter into their Strategy and Authority, but that's just the catalyst. Once that catalyzes your potential, you enter into a seven year deconditioning cellular process. But because we were all born conditioned, we can take advantage of the knowledge, not to speed things up, but to transform the quality of our process. If you enter into your Dietary Regimen, after you enter into your Strategy and Authority, it's not like it's going to happen any faster, but you're going to align your body and your brain system faster.
It's going to make that whole transition something that is going to be even more profound. Because in fact, your Dietary Regimen is about establishing the correctness of your brain system, and the brain is the platform for everything. It's particularly and absolutely essential for those beings who are Right-brained. If you have a new brain, if you have a Right brain, if you don't follow your Dietary Regimen, you're really in trouble. It doesn't matter what you know, you're not going to be able to differentiate on this plane. That Right brain is here for the correct diet.
Underneath that Color is a Tone. Now Tone is our architecture for cognition. Each and every one of us specialize in terms of our cognitive potential. That cognitive potential becomes a key to our awareness system. The moment that you're operating correctly in terms of your Dietary Regimen, what you're really doing is establishing a cognitive potential that is your specialty. From the moment I started following my Regimen (it's five years now), my Outer Vision (because that's me)—it has been incredible, the acuity that I have in terms of seeing. It's something that is just remarkable for me. I look at it and I just sort of—the level at which I can look at a graph now, and it's not about the accumulated knowledge, because I've had the knowledge all along. There is a way of seeing, I can't even explain it, that is so different than what it was before I entered into my Dietary Regimen.
The other thing is energy. When you're digesting correctly, you don't have what I call fat brain. Fat brain is a terrible thing. This is what you get when you don't follow your Dietary Regimen. You end up nourishing all kinds of aspects of your brain system that don't require it, that don't do you any good. So you're putting nutrition into sensory capacities that are not your key. You end up being confused. You end up not having the acuity that's correct for you in terms of what you are here cognitively to represent. So when you're dealing with following your way, you have to see that the way begins with nutrition. It just does.
