Ra discusses these four main pillars of design knowledge: Determination: How to properly nourish our body according to our design, so we can stay in perfect health. Environment: How do we nourish the outside? We nourish the outside, and we turn the outside into something that‘s nourishing us, by being in the right environment. Perspective: How to understand and work with our mind. We all have a unique way of seeing the world. Awareness/motivation: Our potential to conceptualize, and the difference between being left-minded and right-minded. How does this affect our unique perspective?

Transformation & Food is a 1 hour lecture focused exclusively on PHS and Dietary Regimen. During the first 20 minutes Ra introduces the subject by exploring the various possibilities and types of regimens. He then identifies the elements in the charts of the students who participated live. If you have an interest in PHS and health then this lecture is a a perfect educational experience.
