The year 1781 brought the advent of the Nine-Centered being. Our predecessors, the Seven-Centered being, driven by the genetic imperative to reproduce, found communion through a tribal way of life. The Nine-Centered being is here to find communion through awareness. To “commune” is to bring our honesty and awareness to the communication process. In this lecture, Ra explores the potential beauty of true ‘Outer Authority’ — the process of sharing our insights and observations with others.
