In this lesson, Ra explains the evolutionary process from the strategic way of life to the receptive way of life, and what it means to us as we move toward the new global cycle in 2027.

The year 1781 brought the advent of the Nine-Centered being. Our predecessors, the Seven-Centered being, driven by the genetic imperative to reproduce, found communion through a tribal way of life. The Nine-Centered being is here to find communion through awareness. To “commune” is to bring our honesty and awareness to the communication process. In this lecture, Ra explores the potential beauty of true ‘Outer Authority’ — the process of sharing our insights and observations with others.
